Australia’s Anjelica Whitelaw is ZEN Rooms' choice at Miss Asia Pacific International 2019

Australia is one of the 54 countries represented at Miss Asia Pacific International 2019. Its represented is Anjelica Whitelaw, 23, of Melbourne.

Whitelaw is Filipino-Australia. Prior to the coronation night, she was chosen as the ambassador of ZEN Rooms, one of the international beauty pageant's sponsors.

On October 5, 2019, the swimsuit competition preliminary event of Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 was held at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. During the event, Whitelaw was named Miss ZEN Asia Pacific International 2019.
As the new ZEN Rooms brand ambassador, Whitelaw will get complimentary stays at any ZEN property throughout Asia. On October 3, 2019, she and the 53 other Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 candidates met members of the media at a party at the ZEN Premium Selah Garden in Pasay City.

“We are grateful to ZEN Rooms and Selah Garden Hotel for joining us in showcasing our signature Filipino hospitality to the Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 candidates," Miss Asia Pacific International general manager Essa Santos stated. "With a schedule full of activities and the coronation night on October 9 coming fast, the candidates will need a comfortable home to relax and prepare. We’re very happy that they have that here.”

Honda to strengthen motorcycle motorsports involvement in Asia and Oceania

This was confirmed at a media briefing following the qualifying day at the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) at Buriram International Circuit in Muang Buriram, Buriram, Thailand. Representing Honda were Honda Motor Co., Ltd motorcycle department manager Soichi Yamana, Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd. motorsports division director Atsushi Ogata, Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd motorcycle business division general manager Ryo Takahashi and Honda Asia-Dream Racing team manager Makoto Tamada. At the event, Honda confirmed it will pursue the challenges of motorcycle road racing in the region with an aim to develop world-class motorcycle riders and team mechanics from Asia. To achieve this goal, Honda is committed to creating a motorsport cultur
